Who is responsible

What stays on your device

Your quiz answers (including your first name), your goal, your progress along the path, your conversations with the assistant and your guarantee proof are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. They are not kept on our servers. You can erase them anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser.

To compute your recommendation, the useful answers (time per day, videos, area of interest, talent, goal) are sent to our servers for the duration of the calculation, without your first name, and are not kept.

Payment

Payment is processed by Whop, Inc., which collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the payment ID, its status, the plan and the state of your subscription, to open or close your access. If you came through a partner creator's link, their code is passed to Whop to credit their commission. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Billing records are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation).

The AI assistant

When you ask the assistant a question, your message, the step's history and your product context (first name, product, niche, time per day, goal) are sent to Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini model) to generate the answer. We don't keep these conversations on our servers. Don't write sensitive data in them (health, bank details…). Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Guarantee

A guarantee request is sent from your own email app, to tellerainjonathan@icloud.com, with the proof you choose to include. It is kept while it is handled, then for 3 years as evidence. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Analytics

To see which quiz screens visitors stop at, we measure anonymous events (screen viewed, plan chosen, visit source) with PostHog, on servers located in the European Union. No cookies, no advertising profile, no first name or free-text answers: only a random ID specific to this site, renewed every 13 months. These statistics are only used to improve the site (legitimate interest). You can turn them off here:

Hosting and transfers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes technical logs (IP address, browser) for security and reliability. Vercel, Whop and Google may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Support chat

The support chat is provided by Crisp IM SAS (France). When you write in it, Crisp processes your messages and, if you give it, your email, only to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing support.

Cookies

Maelo AI sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Local storage is only used to make the service work. The Whop payment module may set its own cookies needed for payment, and the Crisp support chat sets cookies needed to keep your conversation.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, ask for its restriction or portability, by writing to tellerainjonathan@icloud.com. We answer within one month. We never sell your personal information. EU residents can also contact the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
